Each main media file uploaded to Aetherion is retained for seven days from the time that file is successfully stored. Each main image or video generated by Aetherion is retained for seven days from the time that generated file is successfully completed and stored. Every file therefore has its own deletion date and time.
When the seven-day period ends, the applicable main source file, full-size preview, final image, final video, provider output, and temporary production file is permanently deleted through the Aetherion customer media retention process. Download access ends at that time. Customers should download any main media they wish to keep before the displayed deletion date.
Thumbnails, filenames, prompts, visual metadata, project records, asset records, account information, transaction records, billing records, Aether Spools records, and technical history remain available as part of the customer and transaction record. While an account is active, these records remain associated with the account. If an account is closed, access is revoked immediately and these records are retained for two years from the account closure date for economic and transaction documentation.
At the end of that two-year period, records that are not subject to a longer mandatory legal, accounting, tax, security, dispute, or claims-related retention requirement are removed or anonymized through the account-data retention process.
Aetherion may rely on carefully selected third-party providers for infrastructure, communications, analytics, payment support, security, or other operational components. Those providers may process information as needed to support their role.
Because Aetherion may serve users across jurisdictions, information may be processed or stored in regions different from your own, subject to the operational needs of the platform and applicable obligations.
